The web site is intended for the use of any person (hereafter referred to as the "User") wishing to submit an application in response to a vacancy notice or to gain access to the vacancy notices posted by the Council of Europe Development Bank.
It should be noted that "your area" can be accessed only by entering a valid Username and password.

The Council of Europe Development Bank reserves the right to modify, improve and enrich the services offered on the web site at any time.

Personal data

The CEB will treat any personal data provided during your application in compliance with its Personal data protection policy. Any such data will be kept for a period of two years. Candidates have the right to access, modify or delete their personal data by sending a request to: candidature@coebank.org

Commitment by the User

The User shall take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and safekeeping of his/her password and not to disclose it to anyone.

The Council of Europe Development Bank or any other body using the web site shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the User’s access code. 

Any operation carried out on the website using the User’s personal Login details shall be deemed to have been carried out on behalf of the User and under his/her sole responsibility.

The web site is aimed exclusively at facilitating the Council of Europe Development Bank’s recruitment processes. The site is accessible to the User solely for the purpose of enabling him/her to consult the vacancy notices and to submit his/her application. As such, the User may not use his/her account or any part of the site where text may be entered, for any illegal purposes, notably for the sending or posting of messages with any violent, defamatory or illegal content.
